One Elite Investigations (OEI) objective and goal is to exam all the evidence, read the police report(s) and find if there are inconsistencies that can be useful for the defense. We will then under the direction of the client and/or legal counsel re-interview witnesses, exam the location of occurrence and speak with any additional parties involved with the case. OEI understands how to work to work with criminal defense attorneys to mount the best defense possible.

Criminal defense investigations are involved and need as much professional expertise as law enforcement investigations and that’s why we employ active and retired law enforcement personnel with extensive criminal investigation backgrounds.

As a result, we know how the prosecution teams tactics. This allows us to use the strategies and tools necessary to secure an acquittal where a defense attorney alone may have difficulty alone.
