One Elite Investigations & Security Services Inc. is one of the few if not only Southern California private investigation firms with upfront costs for services.

OEI wants to save our clients time and money. This also gives the private sector the opportunity to get an understanding of the cost associated with hiring an investigator.

OEI understands there are always variables in costs depending on the level of each case. Below are some examples of costs associated with subjects we commonly investigate.

Standard Workers Compensation Case:

OEI will establish surveillance on the target (Person of Interest) for a total of 16 hours over a two-day period. Hourly time stamped video and/or photographs will be taken, and a detailed report submitted to the client at the end of the investigation. (Note, investigators will be in direct contact with client during surveillance to answer any reasonable question.)

$1, 275.00 (mileage at .55 per mile not included)

Domestic Surveillance Case:

OEI will follow and document spouse and/or significant other while they go about their daily or evening activities. OEI investigators will update the client on an hourly basis. Minimum four hours.

$450.00 (Mileage at .55 per mile not included)

Criminal Defense Investigation Cases:

OEI will review the case report, and strictly follow the attorney(s) and/or clients requests. OEI will provide a brief report of any issues in the arrest report that could help in the defense or dismissal of the case.

$250.00 (Review Case File)

In the field investigatory needs such as interviewing witnesses and/or locating additional witnesses, scene reconstruction or photographs, obtaining body worn camera video etc.

$45.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours plus .55 per mile.

Intellectual Property or Industrial Espionage:

OEI has handled many cases where an employee has stolen proprietary secrets and either sold or been hired by a competitor engaged in a similar product or service industry. This form of theft can be very costly to a business and sometimes impossible to recoup losses.

Solution: OEI has had great success in getting solid evidence for companies to then provide to their legal staff to establish a case and freeze whatever damage is occurring.

Due to the complexity of this type of investigation, OEI will consult with the client(s) at no cost and discuss the best path forward for the client.

Private Property and/or Land Management:

OEI can provide individuals who own large undeveloped acreage and/or multiple residences, daily, weekly, monthly or semi-annual.

What we provide our private property owners:
  1. Inspect and determine the overall status of property.
  2. Check for any damage / Safety Hazards/ Fire Danger/ Trespassing and/or squatters.
  3. Agricultural status, trees, shrubs, grass. Ensure no disease or invasive species endangering landscape or natural trees.
  4. OEI has the equipment such as four-wheel drive vehicles, Atv’s and can secure large acreage to insure there is no illegal dumping or hunting.

We provide our land /property owners with a detailed status report with digital photos/videos and recommendations based on what we found during the investigation.

Cost for above services depends on the location of said property(s). OEI does not charge additional fees if special equipment is needed to access the property.

Environmental Investigations

OEI is dedicated to keeping our planet clean and free of illegal pollution, dumping, water pollution, and damage to natural habitats for animals. Because we have experienced investigators who can document and file formal complaints to the state or local government, we try to take on several of these cases per year.

We can work based on donations to the cause and/or solicit funding from many local environmental groups.

Social Media Search:

$475.00 flat rate

Process Service Case:

$250.00 plus .55 per mile. (Three Attempts)

Package Deals

Basic Backgrounds & Spousal Checks

OEI will perform a general background including criminal and civil, social media search, and a one day or night surveillance. This will include copies of all data found plus activity report and videos.

$750.00 plus .55 cents per mile after first twenty-five miles.

OEI understands your crisis doesn’t need to be even more costly when hiring a private investigator. Our goal is to obtain valuable information to be used by our clients and/or their legal representatives.
